Intellution MBE I/O Driver 7.1

Intellution MBE I/O Driver is an industrial communications driver used in Intellution FIX and iFIX HMI/SCADA systems to connect with Modbus devices over Ethernet (Modbus TCP). It enables reliable, real-time data exchange between operator workstations and field equipment such as PLCs, RTUs, and protocol gateways.

Key capabilities:

• Modbus TCP client connectivity for reading/writing coils, discrete inputs, holding registers, and input registers
• Support for both discrete and analog signals with flexible tag mapping to iFIX database blocks
• Configurable scan rates, timeouts, and retries to balance performance and network load
• Communication diagnostics and status points to aid troubleshooting
• Multiple device/session support from a single node
• Options for data formatting (for example, byte/word ordering) to match device conventions
• Works within typical iFIX redundancy and failover architectures when properly configured
